In 2012, Micah received the Roy J. Carver Most Valuable Player Award (defense). He earned Tatum-Woodson Defensive Back of the Year Award in the Big Ten and first team All-Big Ten by both league coaches and media. He was also selected to compete in East West Shrine game. Micah became the 67th player in Iowa history to record over 200 career tackles with his seven tackles in win at Michigan State. Micah proved to be a valuable member of the Green Bay Packers in the secondary from 2013-2016 playing multiple roles. In March 2017 Micah signed a free agent contract with the Buffalo Bills to be the anchor in the secondary.�
